For whatever reason, one of the benefits not listed is that it helps with high blood pressure. Erectile dysfunction has many causes but one of the major players is a blood pressure issue. It only makes sense that it helps with regulating the body's blood pressure. I have recommended this several times to people who have high blood pressure problems and it has helped them tremendously. Now I am giving it to my son who has borderline hypertension and am going to monitor him for the next few months to see how it works on him.
I had a friend call me because their father was suffering with a sudden onset of high blood pressure. I recommended the ashwaganda in liquid form and he said it only took about two hours and his pressure returned to normal.

Yes, I have used ASHWAGANDHA as powder form. Its results are very GOOD.
I am using this for the past six years. I read the articles about it and grown it
in my Farm and used. Now I am buying a ready made product and using. I am
73 years, but feel like a teenager. What all I read about it are 100% true.
I am really Grateful to "Nature" for providing such wonderful HERB to mankind.

I bought it hoping it might work for sleep, anxiety, or energy levels.
I didn't notice it working until I went off it for two days after having taken it for 2 weeks every day. I noticed I was more irritable and anxious off it (not as in withdrawal but back to my baseline levels of irritability, anxiousness, and latent anger). I took a pill and in 2-3 hours the symptoms listed above lessened noticeably. I experimented a little while after going off and the same thing occurred. Now I notice not taking it soon enough, it is almost addicting for me, in a good way. I plan continuing to take this herb because of its efficacy. Highly recommended.

my naturpath doctor recomended me to take this because i had a test done that showed my cortisol levels were to high at night. ( Im a night person and can sleep better in the early morn/ early afternoon time. I see ashwagandha has many benefits. But i am uncomfortable with side effects. Especially feeling like something is controlling me. It says on this site its a mild sedative and calms you. so does that mean I will feel 'out of it' and over medicated? as if i was on a tranqulizer/ anti-anxiety med? I never took those because i dont want to feel like im on something. What if i take this pill or 1/2 and i cant wake up or it just makes me feel spacey during the day?

Yes! It does work. It helps with healing nerve damage from spinal surgery, helps sleep, takes the edge off pain with adding hormone balance and everything else it claims to do. Can't say enough on how great this works for me.

I have been growing this herb for it's medicinal properties for a few years now, I have made extracts from the roots and oils from the leaves, I combined these with pau de arco and a few other small herbal extracts and shea butter to make a 'lotion'. I used this lotion on a 'spot' on my shoulder with no effects, however 4 others with diagnosed skin cancer used this on their spots with total success. One womans nose was already being deformed, the tip was brownish and just kind of icky, she had no insurance so was willing to try it, I gave it to her with recomended schedule and two months later the spot was gone and her skin was clear. The other individuals all had success with this method of treating known skin cancers with this mixture, but my spot -( no insurance so it isnt diagnosed) did not respond, maybe it isn't a skin cancer....
