Chlorella powder form, mixed with fruit juice is a good way for body to absorb it.

I have read about Chrorella many years ago. Last November 2010, my doctor found a cyst in my right ovary about 2.4 cm. I started taking Chrorella right away. On January 10,2011 on my next ultra sound check, my ob gyn noted that the cyst shrunk in half. I have a severe anemia and high level of bad cholesterol.I have not taken any medication. does chlorella or spirulina cures uric acid? because it went well drinking both until doctor dignose me with uric acid in my blood.

I'm not sure about the Chlorella, but I know that cherry extract is very good for lowing the uric acid levels in the body.

If you take Chlorella do you need to take Spirulina??  I am taking chlorella and just need to know if it is necessary to add Spirulina.  thanks for your help

The best way to know if you are getting enough Chlorella is when the stool begins to show green, then you know you are getting enough. Everyone would benefit from ingesting it.

i recently started taking chlorella (broken cell wall) 520mg three capsules a day made by solgar i have severe C.O.P.D and because of repeated chest infections i was looking for something to increase immune systm i was taking the rcomended daily dose after about six weeks i started to get chest pains and starting to feel a bit anxious thinking i had other problems my daughter looked on the internet and saw that chlorella could give this problem i also looked white  and felt very tired so i wondered if chlorella was to blame so stoped taking them it has now been about a week chest pains have gone and my face has returned back to its former colour which is usually fairly rosey and feel much better and i can breath much better just thought other people may like to share my experience
