Fenugreek (Trigonella Foenum-graecum) Reviews

I have been taking fenugreek seeds for the past several years.I would soak the seeds at night,and consume empty stomach,along with badam,and afghan grapes.Is it proper,please advise.I am 57 years of age,no diabities,but having blockage of 80 & 90%.

Fenugreek does enhance fullness in my bust, and helps with digestion and a strange but positive side effect is it changes your body odor to a scent similer to a sweet and spicy celery!! I think it is a really sexy smell, and not an "ew b.o" smell lol

how long you took fenugreek to enhance ur breast. what is the size now. before and after....thanks

what size were you before and what size are you now?

I just purchased a bottle fengugreek extract can I just mix it in with my breast cream or do I have to make a drink out of it

fenugreek seeds will b more effective and cheaper than tablets. i boil 4 teaspoon of seeds in 3 cups of water for 15 mins under low flame. drain and drink the liquid every day. i used it for 3 weeks and my breast size increased by 1 inch. but then i stopped and now my size went back to normal :(

Just to let you know hun, you need to be taking fenugreek for AT LEAST 3 months for the change to become more permenent, i would recommend 3- 6 months then take for 2-3 weeks every 4-3 months, i am taking this pill which helps enhance bust size and the main ingredient is fenugreek, i also got an oil with the product to either take or apply to the breasts 'trigonella oil' which is fenugreek.... and the directions on the packet of supplements does say at least 3 months of use

when stop using fenugreek seed extract why the breast size goes back to where it was ?

It lowered mine back to normal but I was just starting to have symptoms of type 2.  It may take longer if you have had high blood sugar for a long time.

fenugreek, goldenseal & myrrh cured unresolved pneumonia for me . I had been taking a lot of different expensive drugs from a lung Dr , that didnot help for 2 months & decided to try these herbs and , it completely cured it .

I was having high blood sugar readings and feeling dizzy from it for the last few months.  I was afraid I was getting type 2 diabetes because I was diagnosed with insulin resistance last year, so I started taking Fenugreek about a month ago.  I have not had any high blood sugar readings since.  They are back to normal!  It's amazing!

i took fenugreek when breastfeeding. The first time i took it, i was concerned about the low level of milk supply i had, so i took double the dose  that night (first time), ... and by the next morning i woke up with painful masititis. It works - but please take as directed. it really does work for breastfeeding.
