I have been taking fenugreek seeds for the past several years.I would soak the seeds at night,and consume empty stomach,along with badam,and afghan grapes.Is it proper,please advise.I am 57 years of age,no diabities,but having blockage of 80 & 90%.

Fenugreek does enhance fullness in my bust, and helps with digestion and a strange but positive side effect is it changes your body odor to a scent similer to a sweet and spicy celery!! I think it is a really sexy smell, and not an "ew b.o" smell lol

I have been taking for only a week and i noticed the next day of my bo. its soo good because i have really strong bo and now i can walk out and not be worried about it people just say i smell like indian food or a herb haha.
down side is its made my vagina fluid smell like to too which turns me off when getting intimate with my partner.
im only 20 so side affects may defer with age.
im hoping my boobs will grow tho

fenugreek seeds will b more effective and cheaper than tablets. i boil 4 teaspoon of seeds in 3 cups of water for 15 mins under low flame. drain and drink the liquid every day. i used it for 3 weeks and my breast size increased by 1 inch. but then i stopped and now my size went back to normal :(

Just to let you know hun, you need to be taking fenugreek for AT LEAST 3 months for the change to become more permenent, i would recommend 3- 6 months then take for 2-3 weeks every 4-3 months, i am taking this pill which helps enhance bust size and the main ingredient is fenugreek, i also got an oil with the product to either take or apply to the breasts 'trigonella oil' which is fenugreek.... and the directions on the packet of supplements does say at least 3 months of use

I took Fenugreek for 4 weeks, my breasts were very tender towards the end of those 4weeks and I noticed a slight increase. Then I stopped taking it for a month and it went back to normal! I'm back on the tablets again and have been on them for 2 month but the tenderness my breasts felt the first time I took it, hasn't returned-they're slightly tender but nothing compared to the first time! I'm still going to continue taking fenugreek as I've read so much positive reviews about it... Hoping it will increase my size by one cup! Anything else I can do to hurry the process?

You could also do breast massage. 100-300 rubs. Left breast should go clockwise and right counter clockwise. Should take about 10-15 minutes. About 2 secs for each rub. After the massage lay on a heating pad for 20 minutes

It lowered mine back to normal but I was just starting to have symptoms of type 2. It may take longer if you have had high blood sugar for a long time.

fenugreek, goldenseal & myrrh cured unresolved pneumonia for me . I had been taking a lot of different expensive drugs from a lung Dr , that didnot help for 2 months & decided to try these herbs and , it completely cured it .

I was having high blood sugar readings and feeling dizzy from it for the last few months. I was afraid I was getting type 2 diabetes because I was diagnosed with insulin resistance last year, so I started taking Fenugreek about a month ago. I have not had any high blood sugar readings since. They are back to normal! It's amazing!

i took fenugreek when breastfeeding. The first time i took it, i was concerned about the low level of milk supply i had, so i took double the dose that night (first time), ... and by the next morning i woke up with painful masititis. It works - but please take as directed. it really does work for breastfeeding.

Okay so i want to enhance my breast size, and i have done a ton of research on it, all i found out is that Fenugreek, works the best I went to my local drug store and they carry a veriety of herbal suplaments, i made a list of the ones I found while researching, and I then bough one that is called Echinacea & Goldenseal, which was on the list of herbs to help your breast grow, can anyone help me and conferm, that those will help...or should i just buy fenugreek?

I've recently started taking Fenugreek to see whether it works with increasing my bust size rather than spending a few thousand on surgery. It's the second week now & I've not seen any result as yet but am really hoping I will notice something, even if its the slightest of change! I've read heaps of blogs on fenugreek & they all say it works.. Watch this space..

Pregnant women should not take fenugreek without the approval of their obstetrics provider, because it may stimulate uterine contractions and induce labor. It may be beneficial when it is time to induce labor, but consult with your obstetrician first. but i don't what specific component ???

I'm going to star taking fenugreek tomorrow. I have size 32 A breasts and I'm looking for a change, even a little and I will be happy. I've heard you have to take it for more than three to four months before they will stay at that size and you can stop using it. I'll follow up on here in a week
