i use goldenseal all the time for colds any infection and just to get a boost of health for the week. for exzema on my son i use goldenseal root powder honey and vitimin e oil mix it so its like toothpaste and apply it before he went to bed on his back and chest, 3 nights in a row and its gone until the next season comes. what the docter gave to me didnt even do that in 6 months

was bitten by a cat and a serious infection set in right away deep into my thumb. I was on heavy antibiotics and I went to the health food store and got golden seal,made a paste put in on the bit marks,used a hot compress and after 30 minutes pus started coming out of my thumb. If not for golden seal it would have been trapped in there. I had to go on stronger antibiotics after 5 days as it was still not healing. I'm so glad i did the golden seal, its already so much better.

Where can you buy Goldenseal? I need it for a school lab; either the root or the entire plant.
