Yerba Mate (Ilex paraguariensis) Reviews

I truly felt the feeling of Nostalgia when I starting taking this- Tea substitute- Then I read on the label that that is a good, expected side effect.

Thank you for another great article. Where else could anyone get that kind of information in such a perfect way of writing? I have a presentation next week, and I am on the look for such information.

It does seem to work for me also a product called meta slim but it does not seem to be on the market anymore does any one know why?

First time I drank it, it had a very calming effect and a wellness feeling. Now i drink it because I started liking the bitter taste and it make me feel strenghten somehow. I have problems with allergies but those problems seems reduced. No sideeffects exept from when i drink it on emty stomach, I get to much caffein circulating

On top of all that, it makes a really tasty soda. Probably going to be hard to find outside of Florida, though, as it's originally a Cuban brand, I think. I'll have to look into getting the actual plant in order to make the tea. It should be delicious if the bitter soda is anything to go by.
