I have read that Cayenne "kills" prostate cancer cells - would welcome any comments re the impact Cayenne has on cancer cells

Hello Andrew, I am glad that the cayenne worked for you. I am trying to use the herb for myself by adding it to a natural cream to help with acne and genital herpes I like to find a way to use it to, both internally and externally.

I HAVE TAKEN CAYENNE FOR OVER 10 YEARS EVERY DAY I TAKE IT IN LIQUID FORM AS MUCH AS 50 DROPS 3 TIMES A DAY, MY WHOLE FAMILY IS DIABETIC HAS HEART PROBLEMS AND OTHER  PROBLEMS.

Add several drops of cayenne (Tabasco works well) to saline and dip a cotton swab in it.  Carefully insert it into the nostril, touching the tissues as far back as you can reach, and it will stop a sinus headache NOW.
